NOTE ON STRUCTURE

This Guide is organized into Parts, Chapter, Sections and Sub-Sections.
 

A Part is identified by letters, e.g., “Part One”.

A Chapter is identified by two numerals, the first numeral denotes the Part and the second numeral denotes the chapter number, i.e., “1-1″ means Part One, Chapter 1.

A Section is identified by three numerals. The first numeral denotes the Part, the second numeral denotes the Chapter, and the third numeral denotes the section: “1-1-1” means Part One, Chapter 1, Section 1.

A Sub-Section is identified by a letter.
